Wolves vs Liverpool

In their last six matches Wolves have beaten Chelsea, they have beaten this Liverpool team, they have scored three against Manchester City and they (most recently) beat Championship side Doncaster 5-0. In other words, they are a team who are very much in form.

Liverpool, on the other hand, have only won ONE of their last eight matches. Admittedly many of these disappointing results came under former manager Roy Hodgson but despite the rallying behind new boss Kenny Dalglish they are yet to win a game with him in charge, losing two out of three.

I think this could be a really exciting match. I have looked forward to watching Wolves' highlights every weekend for the last month or so as they simply go for it! They attack with everything they've got and aren't terrible at the other end either - they have their keepers to thank for a lot of good saves though!

I think without Steven Gerrard the Wolves midfield could take control of this match for long spells, long enough to get them goals and probably to take the lead at some point. If Liverpool score first (and even second) then I reckon Wolves are good enough to fight back in the second half and would therefore win the 2nd half. Remember with this bet all we're looking for is Wolves to win the first 45 minutes OR the second 45 minutes!

I actually think they might surprise people and win the whole match but the price for this bet is perhaps more attractive.

Anyway, Wolves to win 45mins football against Liverpool? No bother.
