The winner of this match series will move on to play Kvalserien against the two last teams of Elitserien ( Rögle and Södertälje) and the three top teams of Allsvenskan ( Leksand, Växjö and AIK). So if these two teams want to play in Elitserien next year, they´ve got a long way to go.

So why the unders? I just can´t see any other scenario. Malmö is a team that very often lose points to lower ranked teams, while the on the other hand has got a great record against top teams like Almtuna and Leksand. Almtuna is a team that prefer to play games in a high pace, bringing the puck into offensive zone coming with speed from their own zone. Malmö on the other hand likes to bring down the tempo, picking up the opponent on their own blue line and try to hurt them with counters. This strategy has been succesful against Almtuna. Both teams has got great goalies and in their last three mutual matches one of them has always kept a clean sheet. Almtuna won 2-0 in November, while Malmö has won the last two with 1-0 and 5-0.

As the odds for unders is better than homewin, there´s no doubt what to pick here. After all the teams are equal and Almtuna could surely win here with 1-0 or 2-1. But overs seems very unlikey!
