The Bobcats winning road run came to an abrupt end at the hands of the impressive Trailblazers and now they have an even harder task, facing a Lakers side who lost last time out against the Grizzlies.

The Lakers lost to the Grizzlies in what was a very good match watching wise that had heaps of twists and turns but ended up being a game that the Lakers couldn’t pull away like they usually do and so went down with Artest missing the shot that would of won them the match, Now they return home to look for better, but it won’t be easy against this Bobcats side who have shown they can score and also have a great record against the Lakers, The Lakers have been good on defence and they’ll need to be today against a Bobcats side who can shoot and do shot well.

The Bobcats were shut down by the Blazers but they have shown that they can score and they have also shown that even on the road now they are a team not to be messed with , the loss to the Blazers ended up being a bad one but the effort was still there and you have to give them the benefit of the doubt really as they have shown some real quality about their play over the last few months and even losing the other day they are fresh here and will want to make amends after some great performances of late.

The Bobcats are 6-4 in their last 10 against the Lakers and are 8-2 ATS in those most recent meetings, In LA and these two sides have played 5 times from the last 10 most recent matches with their Bobcats winning the last 3 in a row when playing there and losing the other 2 by 1 point and 11 points, Total wise and 5 of the last 10 have been over the set total and of the last 5 played in LA 2 of those 5 have gone over the Set Total but it should also be said that every game of those 5 played here has been over 190 points in total.

Both sides could be forgiven for their last result as both sides were expected to win but both sides had just come off wins that they really shouldn’t of won and therefore I reckon were over confident heading into either match, I don’t expect either side to play that way today and I expect both sides to show up here and get back to their best,before that last game for the Lakers and Bobcats both sides were scoring over 100 points and both were allowing in the high 80’s to mid 90’s and scoring wise only 2 games ago for the Bobcats and 3 games ago for the Lakers either side was averaging over 100 ppg and I reckon with both sides last time out losers and both sides fully rested here that over is the best choice as ATS and H2H amazingly firmly belongs to the Bobcats, If you can believe that….Good Luck.
