Premiership - Fulham v Aston Villa
Fulham are not going well at all of late while Villa could very much be said the same thing of… A goalless draw perhaps???In the earlier stages of this Season Fulham looked near on unbeatable but with the ups and downs of the EPL season they are on a downward trend for sure, the One thing that could lift their spirits for today's match is that their last 4 games which have all been losses were all away matches while this will be the first home match in their last 5 matches, that should lift them a bit as they have won 6 of their 10 home matches with only 2 losses when playing there scoring 15 while allowing a paltry 6. Personal wise and Davies and Kamara returned in the Spurs match and should play today while Zamora should play after coming through the Tottenham match but Andy Johnson is doubtful and Etuhu, Paintsil, Dempsey and Konchesky are all out.
The Villains should be up for this game regardless of the fact that they have not scored in their last 4 games which have resulted in 2 draws and 2 losses, They are in the Carling Cup final and looked the better side in their draw with Arsenal, They have played some big matches of late with matches against Arsenal twice and Liverpool whether they are going well or not that would still be a big game for them, so really to say they are not going well might not be the actual truth, This match to will not be easy for the Villains as Fulham have been good at home and do not concede many there, In fact they haven’t allowed a goal in their last 5 home matches!! The lack of goals is a problem for them but when you watch them they do look very good and it is only a matter of time before they again find the back of the net, Personal wise and Warnock should be back but they could still be without two of their best with Reo-Coker and Carew injury doubts.

I reckon this game looks headed for a draw, Fulham haven’t allowed a goal in their last five home games, while Villa haven’t scored in their last four league games. Fulham should be all out to stop the rot so to speak and Villa would probably be OK with a point should that happen, either way I don’t see many goals in this one and maybe 0-1 goals in the match could be an option, I’m going for a 1-1 or 0-0 draw….Good Luck.
