Premiership - Manchester City v Stoke City

The reality is that Mark Hughes was not capable of leading Manchester City to glory and he looked so lost on that position that his team started to look like bunch of selfish kids that want to prove who is better than who in the team and their team play was absolutely disgrace. Except for Bellamy who was more assisting than shooting, all other players had "defected passing buttons". With the arrival of Mancini, I believe that this will not be case anymore as he composes great team play. There were many players that did not got real chance when Hughes was in charge and probably all of them would want to give their best in order to keep or take place in the first team.

As Mancini knew that he will be the new manager, he had plenty of time to study his players and his first opponent, so I beleive that this is not limiting factor for taking this bet. I am scared only by big egos in the team, but still they are bunch of professionals and they will deliver good performance, no matter what happen one week earlier.

Man City will be without Bridge (Silvinho will replace), Lescott and Onuoha in the central defense (Toure and Kompany will play most probably) and Adebayor and RIchards are rated as doubtful. It is very probably that we will see Robinho in the first 11 and I think he will give his best to prove his worth to his new manager. for Stoke, only Amdy Faye is out.

Manchester City posses too much class compared to Stoke. Yet, Stoke is fighting team with great team spirit, which will be their advantage, but still I think Mancini will have finish his debut for a win asn full stadium is expected and no matter they way that Hughes was sacked, the fans will give backing to the team.
