The Magic visit the Suns today in what should be a great match especially since either side enters here after losses.

The Suns have lost 4 of their last 5 and will be glad to get back home to the US Airways Center after a really bad loss to the Lakers and then another loss to the Mavs after leading that game early and looking great, how they lost that game was bad and nothing but a win will do for them tonight, it won’t be easy especially with the opposition they will face in the Orlando Magic. The Suns at least are at home and do have a great record in recent times against the Magic.

Meanwhile the Magic lost to the jazz after being up by heaps after the end of the first quarter and then just falling apart in front of a Jazz side hell bent on winning, I bet on the Jazz so I was happy but after the first quarter I thought that all hope was lost on them to win that game and the way the Magic fell apart was just not very Magic like at all, I expect them to bounce back tonight against a Suns side whose defence is hardly stellar, the Magic roster is deep, really deep and even with a hard game against the Jazz the night before this game I still think they will come here and continue to play well, some of the match ups in this game are mouth watering to look at and I am really looking forward to watching this match tonight.

The Suns are 7-3 in their last 10 matches against the Magic but are only 2-8 ATS in those matches which should tell us that both sides play close games, the Suns in their last 4 at home against the Magic are 4-0 against the Magic but are 0-4 ATS in those matches, Total wise and in the last 10 the set total has been passed in 7 of the last 10 matches with the last 4 played at the Suns also going over the set total, 3 of those games have exceeded this Total set today.

The Magic have scored 100 points or more in 4 of their last 5 matches while allowing 100 or more in 4 of their last 5 , while for the Suns they have scored 100 or more in only 2 of their last 5 games but have gone over 100 in their 7 home matches this season , The Suns have allowed over 100 points in their last 5 matches also, Both sides have been shooting in the mid to high 40% range and both have been good with their Free throw Shooting in recent matches which will come into play in this match for sure, Both sides on the season average 10 3 pointers per game, with the Magic coming here averaging 11 or more in their last 5 matches.

These sides are good but the Suns still refuse to play defence and when they do it is far to late to matter, the Magic did play yesterday and will be tired but as I said they are deep and will cover well here, the Suns will be all out to win this game and they do have a good chance to do so, the Suns started the season well and considering the changes to their roster it was a bit of a surprise but win they did and at home they were unstoppable while the Magic have been the best road team for the last 3 seasons, anyway you look at it this game should have plenty of points in it and that’s what I’ll go for….Good Luck.
