Champions League - Wolfsburg v Manchester United

Wolfsburg need to win this game in order to qualify for the knockout stages, although they could miss out even by winning this game,depending on CSKA result.

Manchester United are already through due to their superior record in group games with Wolfsburg and CSKA but they need one more point to ensure their 1st place in the group.

With players like Edin Dzeko and Grafite up front, Wolfsburg should be able to score, especially because M.Utd have several defenders out.

M.Utd have major selection problems at the moment:Ferdinand, Neville, Evans, Brown, O’Shea and Rafael are all out.

Michael Carrick will start in the centre of defence, while Fletcher will start at right-back. Tomasz Kuszczak will be the GK.

Berbatov and Rooney have been left out of the squad.

Sir Alex is probably confident that his young team can get something from this match.

Besiktas won 0-1 on Old Trafford, in the last CL match, but M.Utd young team recently won 2-0 against Tottenham,although the latter missed so many clear chances to score.

In England,the match ended 2-1 in Man Utd favor, but this time its different.

Wolfsburg will use home advantage and M.Utd weakened squad to attack and triumph.

It is hard to go against M.Utd,but this time I have many reasons to do that.
