League Two - Aldershot v Chesterfield
5 December 2009
Preview By Tipster
Epm (Ireland)
Aldershot come pretty strong in my sheet for this weekend and on close inspection look decent odds to get 3 points. At home they have been a bit inconsistant but have only lost the once and have been scoring plenty of goals. Manager Kevin Dillon is set to name an unchanged side after they beat Dagenham & Redbridge 5-2 on Tuesday night to climb into the play-off places and remain unbeaten since Dillon was put in charge at the start of November.
Their opponents Chesterfield have lost 6 of their 9 away games conceding almost 2 a game. John Sheridan is lucky enough to have few problems ahead of this clash but a 3 - 2 defeat to struggling Crewe on Tuesday night was far from ideal preparation and this might not be the best tie for them to turn their shaky away form around.
All in all Aldershot are getting the better results and are on the back of 7 games unbeaten. That run has to end sometime but they should still take something from this game. Draw no bet as im always weary of draws in this league
