NCAAB - Wisconsin v Duke
Singler was held to his worst shooting of the season scoring only 5 points, and was in foul trouble early, which meant it was time for the rest of the team to help carry the way, and boy did they pitch in.
John Schyer chipper in with 19 points and 5 dimes, Nolan Smith with 15 points and 4 dimes, Andre Dawkins with 11 points off the bench. Zoubek and Thomas crashed the boards each getting double digits rebounds along with Plumlee who got 6.
With a deep roster that Duke have, and despite being down by 7 points at one stage against a much tougher opponent in the Huskies, they managed to rally back and win the game by 9.
Duke are on a 6 game winning streak, and would like to continue that roll with a win against the Wisconsin Badgers tonight.
The Badgers are 4-1 for the season, and are not looking forward to facing Duke this early this year, as they are the ones who ended their hopes a year ago.
Wisconsin came 3rd in the Maui Invitational last time, but after losing to Gonzaga it kind of put a dent in their confidence level despite performance from Bonahan and Hughes.
Overall they haven't played many good teams and for a team like Duke, being in the road or at home, doesn't make a difference as Coach K always looks for the win.
