This is the match between Cedevita Zagreb and Elan Chalon in the Eurochallenge

Cedevita is solid as a rock when in front of their own home crowd this year,they are on 3W and 1L.From those three wins two were against very strong teams,against Zvezda(+14) and Hemofarm(+4) and even against the member of the euroleague,Union Olimpija they were up by 17 in a first half but eventually have lost that one(70-73).And now they have built themselves a momentum after first away win of the season,and against very serious opponent-FMP.The atmosphere is great,coach Subotic even paid a dinner to his team,like he promised he will,after they secure first away win,and this is the game I believe they will be prepared for.Coach Subotic knows a lot about Chalon,he has played against and coached against Chalon s coach Gregor Beugnot,he likes transition and run and gun,he said.Chalon will run up and down the court and Cedevita will try to slow the thing down and to use their interior advantage which they obviously have.However Cedevita also has some problems,their main weapon,Zizic,really strong PF that is leading scorer of NLB at the moment suffered heel injury and did not practice on monday,and I do not know if the new signing Bazdaric will have his debut today or in saturday,but he s not fully fit yet.

Chalon is lying on the bottom of the french league,they are on 2W 7L,and although they were very close in some games,they are still winningless in away games.Trio of Americans leads this team,PF Shilb,PG Neitzel and SG Tilman.This is solid athletic team,pretty experienced team that like to take a large number of three pointers,but as I said,a team of modest quality.Another thing that keeps me in optimism about this one-Cedevita s center Kastropil used his minutes very well against FMP and Subotic has got another big guy in rotation now.Due to possible Zizic s absence I will keep stakes medium,Cedevita to cover the line,GL!
