Premiership - West Ham v Burnley

I thought i would throw this one up nice and early as i quite fancy this one and the stats back it up so the price may shorten a tiny bit as the weekend draws nearer.

Basically i think there will be plenty of goals at Upton Park on saturday. Its a real must win game for the hammers as these are the games they need to win to get their season back on track. However Burnley will be no pushovers and will take huge confidence from their last game, the 3 - 3 draw at Man City where they really should have taken all 3 points.

West ham have scored almost 2 a game at Upton Park this season and that is against good opposition such as Arsenal, Liverpool, Everton, Fulham, Spurs and Villa. Every game has gone over 2.5 goals.

Burnley have conceded 20 away goals this year, just over 3 a game. They have turned the early season beatings into more impressive displays where they are attacking more and finding the net more often. Basically they cant defend but are good enough going forward.Their games have been riddled with goals and they will not fear West Ham one bit so i expect them to come out and attack.

I think West Ham will win this one but would be very surprised if there is not a good few goals. West Ham have yet to keep a clean sheet at home and Burnley are giving a masterclass in how not to defend. Everything points to goals so knowing my luck it will finish 0 - 0 !!!
