Croatian A1 - Trogir v Svjetlost

I was thinking for while about this one and finally decided to take it.After promising start of 2 wins,Trogir has been pulled down to earth by loosing next three games.And there is no mystery what was the cause of these defeats-it was short rotation,and coach Bavcevic knows that very well.I was enthusiastic about this team when I saw who have they landed,as I have extremely good opinion about PG Blajic and SG Drezga.Young PF Poscic is a player that I have not watched,but I have heard some very nice things about him(his performance in first three games was very special as he had pefect FG attempts-he has scored first 25 attempts including 6 free throws,I have never heard of something similar).And of course there is versatile forward Bizaca that is absolute superman for this competition,this guy can play wherever he wants,he s that good.But unfortunately,that s it.Seven men rotation includes 39 yo guard captain Bilic and two forwards,Zitko and Alujevic.And this is too short,they could not be aggressive as much as they want due to the possible foul trouble and they could not play with high intensity as fatigue strikes in the second half.

Svjetlost has simply exploded under new coach Kovacevic,3 wins in a row and they look like they are not slowing down anytime soon.This is a team with almost 10 men rotation,this is a very quality team for this league and after trashing Sibenik in the last game they must be full of confidence.They have received a lot with PF Spahija who is already showing that he s great addition to this squad and this team could be the major contender for the No1 spot at the end of the season.

Although I really like Trogir,this is the game where the tempo and the longer bench could become decisive and the advantage from that point of view is on the side of guests.Svjetlost+5.5,mid stakes,GL!
