Bundesliga - Wolfsburg v Nurnberg

Despite slow start of the season, Wolfsburg is playing pretty decent football. They are creating chances, and maybe they are not playing on high tempo like they did in last season, but they are still one great team. At home, they have huge support from the fans and despite leaky defense that collapsed so many times this season, I rate them as one of the top 3 favorites. Their offense is frightening. Dzeko, Grafite, Martins with great midfielder Misimovic are tough to defend for any team in the world.

I am taking this pick, mostly because poor Nurnberg offense that scored only 7 goals in 10 matches and only 2 in 6 away matches. On the other hand, I do not rate Nurnberg defense anywhere near the standard that could keep Wolfsburg defense not to score at least two goals.

In both teams there are no important absences with minor exception in Risse from Nurnberg who is out more than a month now.

Despite international break and many absentees in Wolfsburg team, I think this is pretty good opportunity for them to take the three pointes and to climb up on the leader board.
