Vannes is at 5th place after 8 games in Ligue 2, with 2-2-0 at home and 8-4 goals. They were doing great, even wining Chateaurux 3-2 at home, but all until the Cup game, where they were disqualified by Clermont 3-1! Their next game was away at Arles, where they were wining 0-1 until an own goal (finished 1-1). Now, after those two unlucky games, they come back for a game at home, against weaker Ajaccio.

They have available from suspension the striker Zymber, who has a great form as he scored already 6 goals! The only absences are medfielder Samaritano and Mesang. There are also some long-term absences in all places. Kamara (on loan from Ren) is coming back at left, covering Samaritano.

"Due to those absences we didnt have a preparation as we wanted it. We are not in best form and we have to find our good self as we did against Chatearux two weeks ago." said Vannes manager.

Ajaccio played against Vannes for the Cup a few weeks ago, were they were disqualified at home. They are in low positions and they dont seem to be able to react. In their last 5 games at Ligue 2 they have 2 defeats and 3 draws.

Their last game was at home against Tours, where they scored twice but they failed to win, getting a 2-2 draw. "We do what we do always. We dont have the power to finish a game when we score." said Ajaccio manager.

"Our target against Vannes is to correct a few mistakes in defence. We have to defend correctly, this is our aim today" he added.

The main striker Rivier is injured. The first 11 will be roughly the same as the last game.

It seems that Ajaccio will go mostly for the draw in this game. We know that Vannes is a higher quality team compared to Ajaccio at the moment and they can win. However, the four draws Vannes had, were all with the same score 1-1. Also, between them, the had 3 matches but Vannes has never won (2L, 1D).

I believe Vannes can do it today, im happy with the odds given, but I believe that a small cover should be placed in this one too. We're going for small moneyback with reduced risk:
