Carling Cup - Chelsea v QPR

I am fortunate enough to be going to this game tonight, and as it's my first Chelsea match since Southend away last year, I am pretty excited !

Surely this is an easy path through to the next round for the mighty blues, as we are 6 from 6 in the league, and have won every game under our new coach. QPR also have a new coach in genial big Jim Magilton, but they haven't had the same start as Chelsea. 1/4 is about the best price in the village and that reflects the chances of both teams. I really like the look of Anelka to score at anytime and to score first as Drogba has now been ruled out of the game definitely.

It will be great to see Joe cole back and also to have our first look at new boy Zirkhov. Both will play some part in the game, as I suspect will some other fringe players, but you can bet your bottom dollar Anelka will start, probably alongside Kalou.

However with Anelka having played every game and on song already I fancy him above Kalou to be the sharper tonight.
