Division II - Clyde v Brechin

Our Scottish friend 'Lordposho' has already highlighted the problems at Clyde this season and already this poor side has slid to the bottom of the table with just a single point from its opening 5 matches, That point came in a 3-3 draw with Dumbarton and is the only League they have managed to score in, there other 4 matches have produced 2-0 1-0 1-0 and 1-0 defeats and last Saturday despite only losing by the single goal at Cowdenbeath it is reported it was a very poor game between 2 very poor sides with Clyde never looking like scoring a goal.

Brechin are the favourites for the Div 2 title despite the great start that Alloa have made and everyone expects them to be there or there abouts come the end of the season. Brechin made a slow start to the season with 2 defeats from the opening 3 games (both defeats were away from home) but they look like they have found there feet now and have recorded 2 back to back victories 3-1 (h) Dumbarton and 4-1 (a) in the local derby against Arbroath. This match is basically the title favourites Vs the rank outsiders and with Brechin starting to play well one would expect an away win here, Although if Clyde pack the midfield it may take Brechin a while to break them down, However if Brechin can get an early goal they could well win at a canter.
