NBA - Orlando Magic v LA Lakers

Alright here we go in the all important Game 5 the game on which this Series hinges as all their games that are left do...

The magic have been far better at home in this Series of games and although losing Game 4 are still well in here especially at home,the Magic had a great first half and were up by 12 at the break but they couldn't maintain it,time and time again the Magic looked likely to win that game and time and time again they allowed the Lakers back into it, a worrying sign for the Magic is that they have lived off the 3 point shot this season and in the first two games of this Series they made 8 and 10 of those shots to out shoot the Lakers from beyond the arc with 5 more 3 pointers made in each game in LA however since returning home they have been out shot from beyond the arc by the Lakers by 3 in Game 3 and 1 in Game 4 and it has not been the Lakers defence that has stopped them it has been their own bad shooting,time and again they have gotten quality outside looks and they have failed to make the most of them,In Game 4 the Magic were leading and had countless chances to sink some 3 pointers and gain a lead,they couldn't do it and yet if they had this Series would be tied now at 2 a piece and I bet that that is not lost on this Magic side at all,the Game plan for Howard has changed somewhat and now he is drawing fouls and the Magic appear to be trying to put the Lakers big men in gasol and Bynumm out of the game earlier,it nearly worked in Game 4 but once again the Magic could not make the most of it,I expect them to go with that again tonight and this time not allow those chances to go begging.

To be really honest about it the Lakes really didn't deserve to win Game 4 but the fact is that they did and with that they can enter this game with the thought of wrapping up another NBA Championship tonight,but that can mean one of two things and we have to be wonder as to where it is exactly that the Lakers heads are at,The Lakers have 3 chances to win this Series now and I have a feeling that the result in this game is not really what they are worried about,the Lakers will win it from here there for me is no question about that but whether of not they will want to win this Championship tonight in Orlando remains to be seen,I have a feeling that the Lakers will come out well here but could easily fall behind and just not care to much about the result,the lakers really fought hard in Game 4 and to be honest they gt what they were after and that was the winning game in Orlando that should realistically mean that the Lakers are safe and will go on to win a Title here,so in many regards the head space of either side is up in the air,the Magic need to have another good shooting performance but must maintain that for the entire game or the Lakers can and do have the talent to take out this Series tonight...But I still think the Lakers will not worry to much later in the game and the Magic will get home against a Lakers side who are not as motivated as they were in Game 4.

As amazing as this sounds the Lakers have been better from the field in all but one of these games and the one game they weren't the Magic won but made hard work of it,this time I think the Magic will make their free-throws which has cos them especially in the last game and they will make their 3 point shots and could even win this game by a wide margin...Time will tel I guess but the Magic to win minus the two and a half is my pick for Game 5 tonight...Good Luck.
