The Warsaw Open has reacted the QF stage, but all in all in isnt the most inspiring of competitions to get involved in and the standard isnt the highest around although it does see the return of Sharapova which is a highlight.

Alexandra Dulgheru certainly isnt a name i was too familiar with leading in this tournament but after some research it turns out she is having a pretty good season so far and i did fancy her in the previous round where she beat the seeded Sara Errani in straight sets. In April on clay she blew away the field to win the title and after her opening 5 matches had dropped just 3 games, 3 matches ended 6-0 6-0 and she did beat 3 players rated higher than herself. 2 good wins here so far shows that Dulgheru is in pretty confident form ahead of her QF match.

Voskoboeva may be sitting some 100+ places above her opponent in the rankings but on clay his season has lost more matches to lower ranked players than she has won. She has however recorded 2 decent wins to get to this stage though and probably does just about justify her favouritsm ahead of this match.

I dont know too much about these players but feel the underdog offers some decent value in what could be a tight match, i certainly wouldnt be backing Voskoboeva at odds on her. Small stakes is probably best
