Premiership - Stoke City v Blackburn
Well this year is extremely risky to nominate 2 more candidates for relegation, beyond the obvious Albion slump. After taking a careful look at the remaining fixtures again & again I reckon that Boro won't make it. Very sad for me to admit I really like Boro but that doesn't change anything. I don't believe that Boro can reach 38 points. You can't say for sure; but looking at the full season & the tough opponents waiting to play Boro; their chances to stay up seem to be getting slimmer day by day. This basically means that there is only one hot seat left, to be occupied either by Hull or Newcastle or maybe Sunderland. All the others I think they are gonna make it easy or not.
Stoke's target is to reach 38 points I reckon grabbing at least 2 draws in the remaining 6 matches. That way they only get relegated with Newcastle achieving 3 wins or Hull gathering more than 4 points in the last fixtures. Stoke they are wrongly set as favs although Blackburn has many important absentees. Big Sam won't be happy with another humiliating defeat and Beattie can't score forever for the home side.
I believe that Rovers will not leave Brittania stadium empty handed. This is really a 0:0 handicap game. I see a pure value offer on the +1/4 away. I checked the odds & I am really fond of this 1.82 from Pinnacle. Fair enough. Good luck with your choices this weekend!
