Im going to get this one up early as the price is starting to get nibbled, luckily enough the correct score price of 5.0 is still available at the moment.

Julie Coin sprung to some prominence with a fine win over Ana Ivanovic at the US Open last year in a run that ended in the 3rd round. As the rest of the year went on she should that she is at times more than capable of competing with the big names, Although she will probably want to get a little more consistency in her game. She wont be too unhappy with the start she made to the season, 4 wins 3 defeats including going the distance Mauresmo. In the opening round here she recorded an excellent win over Elena Vesnina (a player who looked very good in Auckland last week) 2 sets to 1. Coin has a very good serve and is a powerful player.

Anabel Medina Garrigues is ranked some 70 places about Coin coming into this match but hasnt had much luck at the Australian Open over the past few years, In the last 4 years she has managed just 1 win (last year) before her 1st round win this year. In the opening round she see off lowly ranked Isabella Holland 6-1 7-5 in a match she was expected to win. Garrigues relies heavily on the 1st serve as her 2nd serve is very powerpuff, In fact her 1st serve isnt that much better than Coins 2nd serve and in round one we see Garrigues's 1st serve average speed was 140kmh and Coins 2nd serve was 135kmh. Garrigues 2nd serve average of just 117kmh will be heavily attacked by Coin and could put here under real pressure.

Im happy to go with the big serving Coin in this match as i just cant put much faith in a weak serving player, I will take the 2-0 Coin win @5.0 tonight happily for smallish stakes.
