FA Cup - Southampton v Manchester United

Well, my confidence is down in my socks, I can't even tip a waiter, so I am resorting to tipping short ones at low stakes simply to build my own confidence back up. I wouldn't bother following me at the moment, but I am simply trying to get myself back on track.

With Chelsea drawing yesterday, and other top flight clubs struggling, I think the safest bet in this match is simply for the united win. Fergie is without a few key players, notably Ferdinand and Tevez, but I would imagine Berba, Rooney and Ronaldo will all start. and so long as those 3 turn up, that should be enough to see off a pretty sorry saints squad.

Fergie may well try out a few "youth" players, and i hope he does as it will be interesting to see how they get on ahead of their big Carling Cup tie next week.

The saints are struggling in the championship, second from bottom with just 1 win at st marys all season, and even worse, just 9 goals scored in 13 games. United SHOULD win this easily, and as i haven't tipped silly scores or handicaps, they probably will, but I will be happy just to get a green tick against my name right now !!!
