Premiership - Manchester City v Everton
13 December 2008
Preview By Tipster
Rooney (England)
Well City is not doing well when playing away, but when in home you have to respect them. Everton are out of strikers and Lescott cannot save them all the time. If you take a better look at the table of EPL you will notice that City lies only 3 points clear above the relegation line, so if they can't win their away games, they know they must take something from their home games. I don't like generally staking my money on the 33% of the pie (pure home win) but Everton have done very little to make me think otherwise.
Everton will be happy with a draw out of this one, but I think City will prevail in the end. According to my info Robinho will play normally as he has nothing serious, he was just given a rest (?) from Hughes just to remind him that he should warm the bench every now and then.
City need badly the points in this local derby and fans will be pushing them to win against hatred Liverpool's second team. I am gonna go with the home boys here as this Christmas schedule is really exhaustive leaving Moyes to think about the forthcoming matches. I am not getting crazy though, small stakes; good bet.
