Championship - Swansea v Birmingham

Potentially a bit of trouble at this game tonight as the Zulu's travel to Wales for the first time in a few years, and if the Swans win, as I reckon they will do, it could kick right off. There is talk that Swansea could reach the playoffs this year, which is probably a little far fetched, but as they currently sit in 7th, and just 1 point from that elusive zone, you just never know. Whether they are good enough or have a strong enough squa to remain there until May remains to be seen.

What is up for negotiation though is their home record this year at the Liberty Stadium. Undefeated in 8 matches, and only 6 goals conceded, the Swans are a force to be reckoned with, and in Ferrie Bodde, they have a player that if he doesn't go up with Swansea in their promotion this year, will surely be nabbed by a premiership club next year. 7 goals this season, and a scorer in Swansea's last 2 games where they have scored, this chap is worth a punt on first goal scorer in a game which I think Swansea could win easily.

Birmingham still are struggling to win games with any authority like a Wolves or a Reading. Ok, so they beat Charlton 3-2 last week, but that's not exactly difficult at the moment, and Charlton went 2-1 up !

Before that Birmingham had drawn with bottom club Notts Forest 1-1, and then got beat 1-0 by Cov and QPR. Hardly title winning form.

I think this is the Swans to take easily tonight, and push them up to 4th.
