Int. Friendlies - Scotland v Argentina

So much has been written in the press about this game.

Maradonna will probably not be a good enough coach to lead this team to a world cup final, and indeed their qualifying record this far has been mediocre. However this is a big ocassion for the worlds greatest ever footballer, and surely nothing will stop him winning his first game in charge..........not even a Terry Butcher handshake !!

Scotland, in my opinion, are a poorer side under Burley than they were under Smith, and they weren't much good back then, even though they were close at one point to qualifying for their first major finals for 12 years. They have a whole host of player missing for tonight's game including their most influential trio of Miller, Robson and Fletcher. That pretty much leaves them with SPL players playing against premierhip standard players....Tevez, Masherano, Colcolonni, Lopez etc. I beleive this will be men against boys at Hampden tonight, and although it's a friendly, Maradonna will want to proove to the world that he can become a good coach.
