Division III - Albion Rovers v Annan Athletic

Poor old Annan Athletic. With Gretna's demise last year, it was Annan's application that got accepted to the football league, and everyone thought they would get murdered week in, week out. To start with though, they had a decent set of results and raised a few eyebrows with their style of play. Things have got tough recently though and they have fallen on hard times with funds being tight and had to release 8 players. A similar situation occured to Gretna last year and like Annan they had to rely on reserve players, youth team players and loanees from other clubs. The bottom line is though that they have lost their last 7 matches by an aggregate of 17-5, and I just have a feeling that they are due a good old fashioned humping !!

Albion Rovers are my selected club to do such a feat.

Rovers are only 2 places in the league above Athletic, but have been on a decent little run of late winning their last 3 games and scoring 6 goals in their last 2 games.

I can see Rovers winning this comfortably, and I wll continue my tipping of some big scorelines as well as the headline tip.
