GET Ligaen - Stjernen v Comet

After six rounds Comet is still without a win, they are also without a point, dead last, with goal difference of 6:23. Before the season they were expected to be involved in Play-off fight, from sixth place to ninth place, but as Furuset picked up one win Stjernen is alone on the bottom. Only Furuset conceded more then they did, and they have scored more then twice less goals then any other team in league. In fact, they score average 1 goal per match which is disaster in hockey terms. In last three games all their opponents kept clean sheet which might be the record. They haven't scored for 180 minutes, and although they've faced three top teams they should won at least over Frisk at home. Weird game that was, Comet was pushing forward, but Frisk played disciplined, and despite being outshot 41-29 Frisk won 4:0. There is definately something wrong with Comet's attackers...

Stjernen is somewhat positive surprise. Except their initial loss against Valerenga away (1:6) they've won over Frisk, Lorenskog, Furuset and Stavanger. Looking at the table you would say, "ah, only Frisk is worth something". But i would say they outplayed Frisk completely and deserved 6:1 win, although it was still 2:1 ten minutes before the end. Also, last win over Stavanger away (2:1) shouldn't be underestimated. Stavanger will be involved in title fight, but they had big injury crisis which ended just before match which Stjernen, meaning that most of the players returned for that match. That's why that win is even more valueable. Only Stjernen slump was 1:3 loss at home against Lillehammer, story similar to Comet - Frisk one... Stjernen was better team, pushing forward, but got caught by Lillehammer discipline and good efficiency and lost 1:3. In that match Johan Ohlsson was between the pipes for Stjernen, he conceded three goals from 17 shots which is really bad. In this match goalie will be Pal Grotnes, former Comet keeper, that was star of Stjernen's last win over Stavanger blocking 42 out of 43 shots. If he will be in form Comet won't score a goal again.

I see this as a one way match, Stjernen has to win their third home match, after they've lost last one over Lillehammer. They have more quality, positive atmosphere and much better goalie. Comet is inefficient, concedes almost four goals in every match and how i see it, they will lose here with handicap.
