MLB - Milwaukee Brewers v Philadelphia Phillies

Who was already counting their money when the Brewers scored in the first inning and the Ohillies whacked in 5 in the third of game 2 of this series? I know I fucken was and yet we then had 6 innings of nothing,the Brewers could'nt buy any decent hits and the Phillies kept geting on and doing nothing,what to expect in game 3 today...We better think hard on this one,like the other National League Series this could be finished today,the Brewers have looked lifeless in this series and thr Phillies are looking very good on both sides of the ball,back to Milwaukee todaya place where the Brewers have performed but you have to also say that the Brewers beat the Cubs to just make the post season but look at what the Dodgers are doing to them in their series which really makes you think hard about just how much credit to give this Brewers side,from what they have shown to date so far in this Series..Not much.

The Brewers look to stay alive as they send Dave Bush 9-10 with an era of 4.16 to the hill,The Brewers behind Bush have won only 1 of his last 4 starts but his last start was quality against the Pirates the Brewers really needed to win that game and he threw well for 5 innings giving up 3 earned on 3 hits,Bush has numbers in his last 3 starts of 0-0 with an era of 4.50.Bush has faced the Phillies twice this season giving up 7 on 13 hits with 4 walks and amasingly Bush has faced the Phillies 6 times and has numbers of 0-0 with an era of 5.88,Bush has no Post Season experience.

The Phillies try to bury this Series today as they send Moyer 16-7 with an era of 3.71 to the mound,The Phillies behind Moyer have won 7 staright and 9 of his last 10 Starts,he has in his last 3 starts numbers of 2-0 with an era of 4.08,Moyer has faced the Brewers this season and is 1-0 in 2 starts against them while overall Career wise and Moyer against the Brewers has numbers of 9-5 with an era of 3.63.Post Season play and Moyer has deleivered with numbers in 5 starts of 3-1 with an era of 2.43 only giving up 8 earned in 29 innings of work.

In betting and i would say alot more with US sports there are alot of things you can look for that you think might make a difference,momentum and confidence are 2 important things as the games are played so closely together it allows those good or bad vibes to carry over to the next few days,for us down here it is not a concept all of us can get,here teams play weekey or evey 5 days so in that space of time those things can dry up but with American sports comps such as the NBA and MLB it should allow for those things to carry over and in this series to date only one team can be confident and it sure ain't the Brewers.

The Brewers hit in a couple of runs but otherwise they were fucken lifeless,I'm really starting to wonder about how good the Cubs were going last week against them as the Brewers are looking out classed in a big way as the Cubs are in their series against the Dodgers,the Dodgers look the more complete team but if the Phillies can get their pitching right and it has been in the first 2 games of this series they could really have a great series against the Dodgers but they have to take care of this game first,The Brewers have a good record on the season against Lefties going 33-19 but it has'nt helped them this series while the Phillies against righties are 60-48.

Man it's hard to tell this game,the Phillies have been better than the Brewers without being high scoring while the Brewers have offered nothing with their attack but a bit with their defence,the Brewers are at home but have lost 2 straight and will not want to go down being swept at home,but unless something drastic I can't see any other result,the Phillies are in form and i'll say go with them to get it done in 3...Good Luck.
