UEFA Cup - Rosenborg v Brondby

Rosenborg host Brondby tonight in a Scandinavian duel for a UEFA Cup Group Stages spot. Brondby lost at home the first leg 1-2, and their chances are very slim considering that they are weak away and Rosenborg are strong at home.

Rosenborg have had a bad season, mainly because of the poor start. Lately though, they have been playing very well, with 3/3 wins at home and a win with 2 draws away. These two draws were at Fredrikstad and Brann, so i guess they count as big results. The last 4-0 win at home against Ham-Kam proved that they have something to say in this season finale. Larsson and Omotoyossi are prepared to score and i believe they will against not so good Brondby defense.

FC Brondby are having a better season than their last one in Denmark. They have a 5-1-2 record and are 5 points behind leaders Odense. They only drew 0-0 in their last travel at Vejle, and considering a very important match is coming up in the local championship, a travel to Odense in the weekend, i believe they will not go with alot of hopes in Norway. Being 1-2 down, they would need to score 2 with Rosenborg scoring only one, which is impossible in the current conditions. I can see here a 2-0 win for the hosts, and a nice odd for a home win.
