Premiership - Sunderland v Arsenal

Arsenal facing Sunderland.

Sunderland have so far taken 7 points. Have beaten Middlesbrough and Tottonham, but lost to Villa, City and Liverpool, and the drew against Wigan. In my eyes they have played some allright football so far, but when it comes to facing top teams they can't get it right. Not enough quality. Even struggeled in the cup match vs weak Northamton. Had to go all the way to penalties. The visitiors from London started the season great, but as we all know they wnet on a huge downer against Hull last round, after leading 1-0. But Hull also needs credit for that match, they have shown themself to be a great team so far, with great attacking potensial. Only one loss so far. But off course Arsenal should have won that match. But Arsenal came back yesterday, and showed their extreme strenght, and crushed Porto 4-0. Adebayor and Van Persie in great form.

I believe Arsenal gained their confidence after that victory, and have forgotton all about the Stoke defeat. Sunderland is a much weaker team, only scored 1 per game against Arsenal who have scored 2 per game so far. and only conceeded 4 in total. The last four times they have met at Sunderlands have ended: 0-1, 0-3, 0-3 and 0-4.

And for a conclusion; Arsenal knows that they can't afford another loss to be in the title race. Some say its to easy to talk about the final race, but the teams know that the can't have more than 5-6 losses before the gold is off. And Arsenal woun't get their third loss in this match (in whole last season they had 3 losses). Arsenal are playing great atm. Can't see anyting else then a threepointer for the reds. Gl.
