And then there were 4.....

4 teams left in the 2008 NRL,2 good games over the weekend also with the Warriors blowing the 12 or less when Kirk grabbed an intercept with under 10 to go to blow that for us and then the Broncos valiant effort against the Storm in which they lost with seconds remaining to the Storm,I see all the Storm suppotters are ploughinh money into their side as well as others and so be it because regardless of the results this weekend especially in the Manly/Warriors game,it's hard to see the Storm losing unless you look a bit deepeer.

The Storm have lost to the 8th ranked side and were outplayed for 79 mins of that match against the Broncos,I still firmly beleive if the Broncos had held on on Friday night that they would go on to win the entire comp but alas it was'nt to be,but before you all go burying your money into the Storm heres a couple of things for you all to ponder and they are big ones also,Smith and Smith from the Storm both go up on charges this week for graple and chicken wing tackles and if you have'nt seen the footage yet Cameron Smith would need a minor miracle to get off,he might just get it but regardless one of them if not both of them will go this weekend and without those two and Hoffman who is out the Storm they have more than just some worries they are in dire straights,at times over the last 5 weeks Cameron Smith has been the only Storm player actually trying hard enough to win the Premiership without him the Storm lose more than just direction they lose passion and comitment and leadership,I have major doubts about him overcomming this charge and regardless I have not been impressed with the Storm over the last month and I think the Sharks are more than capable of knocking them over on Friday or Saturday Night anyway.

So that takes us to the other game between the Warriors and Manly,I am not going to go on to long here as then I won't have much to write on later in the week,But the only team who could of stopped the Warriors are now gone,I reckon Manly will go close and the Sharks or the Storm will fail to beat them,I am not going to go through it all untill later in the week,but i'm picking the Warriors to get by the Sea Eagles and lift a Premiership,with the Broncos gone now and only Manly and then the Storm or Sharks in their way I think they are more than a chance..Take the Warriors to win the 2008 NRL,I'll explain why later in the week in the Warriors/Manly preview...Good Luck.
