I have to take off so this will be short,I wish it was'nt but I have to leave,this is the bet of the day as well I reckon.

The Lions face off against the Turbos in Palmerston North tonight and this game will not be close.

The Turbos almost got an unexpected win last weekend against the Harbour side but they will not get much out of this game tonight at all,the Wellington Lions are a step ahead of most of the other sides and they prove it week after week,they have a great defence and last week beat the only side that has even looked like they could be competitive with them.

Wellington are scoring their points by great constructured moves while the Turbos are the kings of the turnover and have a knack of scoring great length of the field trys after their opposittion have made an error,unfortunatley for th Turbos the Lions this season are 'nt making that many of those and with the side they have named it is no wionder as this Lions side has talent all over the park and on the bench even more so should the starting 15 not perform to expectations.

37-7 to the Lions was the result last season in this fixture.

It's hard to get excited by the Turbos at the best of times but against what has been a pretty impressive Lions side to date this season with a great attack and defence there can be only one outcome and that is a Lions win,in fact the TAB over here have the Lions at 50+ on the winning margins spreads market and I might have a little nibble on that also..Take the Lions to cover this and the Turbos to have a very bad night...Good Luck.
