NRL Rugby - Cronulla Sharks v Cowboys

This game is meaningless in essence,the Sharks are in the top 4 and have a home semi,a win for the Roosters does'nt affect thier place and for the Cowboys their season ended weeks ago and for them it was all about getting a win to get rid of the wooden spoon and not that has been acheived,so what to expect in this game is difficult.

The Sharks have won their last 2 against the Tigers and Roosters and have won 4 of their last 5 games,their scoring woes appear ot of gotten better and their defence is still very much in gear,i the Sharkies last two games they have scored 52 points and conceeded only 6,the Cowboys on the other side have won 2 of their last 4 and beat the raiders last weekend 22-10,their other win was against the Bulldogs 3 games ago now so thay have beaten two sides who they should of and have lost to the Titans and Knights 2 sides they should of been beaten by,last week they played a pretty good game against the Raiders and in attack were pretty strong,defence and they still have their problems but the real question is can they score enough to keep the Sharks under the 12 point start? I'll say no they won't.

The Sharks defence at times looks off when you watch the games but they somehow manage to control the line speed and they stay on top of their opponents and force the mistake or just defend very well and the Sharks spend alot of timee on defence though nd it affects their attack,the last few weeks the Sharks have actually been getting better in this regard and when their players can control the ball and not be on defence so much they can really attack and the last 5 weeks are proof of that,the one game where they were really robbed of all possesion in that span of games was the one they lost to the Warriors 18-4 and yet in their limited chances with the ball they created more than 8 try scorig chances but could'nt take them,mainly because of great defence on the Warriors part,but all in all the Sharks are alot more potent in attack when they have less defensive work.

The results between these two sides are varied the Sharks have won 4 of the last 6 and in matches at home the Sharks have won the 3 of the last 4 there and overall the Sharks have lost only 4 of the last 20 games against the Cowboys.

The Sharks should win this game well but I like it moire as a fun bet on the winning margins spreads,I think the Sharks will put on a show here as it is their last home regular season game after a season that was very good,I think the Sharks are worthy of 20-34 points in this game and against this Cowboys defence I think they can get it,the Cowboys have scored 20 or more points in their last 5 games so you can expect them to score at some stage but their defence is iffy for me and with nothing to play for I think this game could be very entertaining,i think the Sharks will win with a score like 30-14 or the like and just get over the line on the start or just fal short,so look at both sides of the 12 in the winning margins areas and hopefully we can watch and get some enjoyment action from this game,I'll be putting amall amounts on the Sharks by 12 and under and twom more bets on the Sharks by 13-18 $5.75 and 19-24 at $6.75 and that will do it,good luck with what you bet on.
