ATP - Andy Roddick v Novak Djokovic
5 September 2008

Chrisa (Norway)

Former US open winner Roddick will defeat Djokovic., andhere are my reasons:
Andy didn't go to Beijing so he could be fully fit for Us Open. Djokovic on the other hand came to the semi there, and right bofore that he was in the Cinicinatti final. So Djokovic have travelled a lot and that affects his play. That shows, needed 5 sets to beat Robredo. That match lasted for over 4 hours. He seemed tired, and even a bit injured.
Roddick deafeted Djokovic in straight sets in Dubai. The court and balls are much a like the Us Open.
Roddick have played great so far. He outclassed Olympics silwer-winner Gonzales, and have only lost one set so far(against strong Guilbis).
Roddick has won the US Open before, and this is his favorite Gran Slam, with the wild home supporters in his back.
This season he has great induviduel results, beaten Federer, Nadal and Djokovic, and I stronlgy believe he will take Djokovic one more time to night.

2.25

8 / 10
