And why not? Safina on last press conference said that she suffers from being tired, fatigue problems just like she was saying at Wimbledon before the match against Shahar Peer which she lost 1:2. And it could be true because Safina lately played a lot of matches. Finals at Montreal, Los Angeles and Olympic Event that's a lot of playing in short period of time. Against Bacsinszky she meet a real problems with own weakness she faced and won but Pennetta will be a harder opponent in such situation. Pennetta isn't good for hard, as I said she don't poses good serve and don't use winners too often, but still she exchanges many, many hits and if Safina will be confused in this match Pennetta should earn on her errors well. Flavia surprised me very much, when after weak start against Voegele, she faced and eliminated Peng, Petrova and Moresmo. Against Petrova she noticed great come back which should build up her self confidence. Moresmo made a lot of mistakes and Pennetta used it strongly. If Safina is really tired she should give a lot of unforced errors in match and Pennetta is a kind of player that hits back many times and feed on opponent errors. Of course I won't be surprised if this is alll about tactic and Safina will re-win like she done that in Los Angeles against Pennetta, but common she really played a lot lately and such finals-streak should not last too long.
