Kontinental League - Lada Togliatti v Khimik Voskresensk

After bad opening of the KHL, i will try to rebounce today, with some value bets.

Lada is well known as underish team, team that doesn't score much, but also doesn't concede much. This hasn't changed much, they strengthen their defense and goalies, but at the same time attack stayed same. From their pre-season games you could see that they will play mostly unders. Still, against weak teams they sometimes scored five, eight or nine goals which is really high and if they continue in that manner they will sometimes go over margin of five goals. So, i can't play on under in this match, match against one of the weakest teams in league.

Khimik is arguably the worst in league. Barys and Dinamo Minsk are their main "competitors" there. They weren't ready for KHL and it showed in their pre-season (somehing like Kryla Sovietov a year ago). Avtomobilist Ekaterinburg and Barys Astana were teams that should "promote", but in the last second Khimik was promoted and they didn't strengthen the squad adequately. Almost no addition in defensive part, no new goalie, no stars, no nothing. Few addition in attacking line, but seems like they lost more then they got... Their pre-season was one of the weakest of all KHL teams, losses to Kapitan, Russia-91, Vityaz, Torpedo... Lada is at least on level of those teams (actually Lada is better then most of them).

I expect here easy home win, with two or more goals difference. Lada is experienced team that can control game from start to end, especially against weaker teams and i think they will show it today. Easy home win
