Premiership - Aston Villa v Liverpool

I dont see why the price is so high here for the Under 2.5 goals. The only real indication that this game is an over has to come from th fact that Villa just haven't defended aswell as they could have done in their opening two fixtures this season. But on paper this is a solid looking defence that im sure can only really improve. Shorey, Young, Davies and Laursen are likely to start at the back and all but Davies have a vast amount of experience. Also worth mentioning here is the mastermind tactician that Martin O'Neill is. He usually has everything down just right and covers every angle. Im sure that Villa will make things difficult here for the Reds.

Livwerpool have started the season very well on papaer and done pretty much what was asked of them. They have 2/2 wins in the EPL thus far but their peformances have been very poor. They have lacked creativity and ideas when trying to break down both Middlesbrough and Sunderland in their opening two fixtures. They have benifited in the end from some luck and wonder strikes to get the three points in the end. But this game they will lack Gerrards creativity in the midfield whihc is a blow of course. But the real worry for me is that Liverpool just lack width. They cant break teams down easy as a result and im sure that Martin O'Neill will play to these strengths and try to pack the midfield.

At the other end we know that Liverpool are capable of keeping clean sheets. Also worth mentioning is Liverpools slow build up play. This will only help Villa defensivly.

For me, this game should end under 2.5 and the prices on this is really good value.
