Premiership - Middlesbrough v Stoke City

Stoke have had an amazing start to the season in all aspects. They had a simply amazing win last week against a very useful Villa side who are expected to do good things this season. The week before though they were humbled against Bolton at the Reebok, and I am expecting a similar result today at the Riverside.

Boro have been very good this season so far. A good win on opeing day against Spurs was followed up by a very unlucky defeat at Anfield to Liverpool. They were ahead until the 86th minute and somehow went down 2-1. Normal service was resumed in the week with a comprehensive thrashing of Yeovil in the cup. Southgate has said he has a nice headache with how well Mido has been playing, and he will no doubt figure at somepoint in the afternoon.

Stoke flattered to deceive last week for me, and they will be put in their place this afternoon.
