Serie A - Atalanta v Siena

An hard match here between Atalanta and Siena. Usually at home Atalanta is very hard to beat and in the last years they built their fortune on their own field. Siena avoid the relegation last year only in the latest part of the season and this year they will try to catch the goal more time before the end of the season. For Atalnta three good players have joined the team during the last campaign, the midfielder Cigarini, Valdes and Bobo Vieri. Few new players but in strategic sector of the team in order to complete an almost good team able last year to center the nine place in the last season. Expecially Cigarini is expected to perform a great season to increase the technical quality of the “nerazzurri” Midfield.

Del Neri this year want a team able to press the opponent not only in the home match but also in the away from home match where Atalanta is historically weak, in this way is to view the coming back of Vieri.

Siena changed a lot during the summer, first of all they changed the coach and now the young but experienced Giampaolo will seat on the Siena’s bench.

The task for Giampaolo is very hard this year, in fact several key players left the club, Manninger, Locatelli, De Ceglie and Loria and their substitutes don’t seem to can guarantee the same technical level than the last year players. The defensive line seem to be the weakest sector of this team, in the goal there will be Curci, last year on the Roma bench and, in my eyes, not with the enough experience, supported by Brandao, Belmonte and Del Prete all weak players. The attack sector seem to have the right strength to do well, Calaiò and Maccarone have the right stimulus to assure their contribute. I think that Siena is one of the most seriopusly candidate for the relegation if they don’t complete their team in these next days.
