NRL Rugby - NZ Warriors v Penrith Panthers
The Warriors were back to their bumbling best last week as they lost to the Dragons, the Warriors will feel better this week with the return home and with Luck returning for this game also, but I really was dissapointed last week by them and even being at home I have serious doubts over them getting up today, the Warriors forwards lacked direction and their backs looked lifeless apart from Mc'Kinnion,Roapati was dropping the ball all over the place and their overall effort was poor, now I know that away from home the Warriors are different to being at home but the Warriors really are flattering to deceive here and I don't think they will beat Parra next week either so really this is it for the Warriors a win is a must, but that won't be easy aagisnt a Panthers side with it al to play for also.
The Panthers were beaten last week but that was to be expected and while they played on Monday night they have had 6 days to get ready for this match and they shape up very well with this Warriors side even without the chicken shit Pritchard, man whats up with the Kiwis this year,SBW walks out on his contract embarassing us all and now Frankie is upset and does'nt want to play,I can tell you this much when i move away early next year Tana who i've known since we were young will be bringing his side around home for a few meals and i'll do us all a favour by giving SBW a peice of my mind,Don't think I won't either,I swear to god that I will and if you know me at all then you should know I speak the truth,And if he wants to be the big man i'll sit him on his arse,I mean that to,it's been very embarassing for us Kiwis with what our players have done this season, but anyway.....I rate the Panthers here today as with their troubles with Frankie I think it could really galvinise them as a team and away from home they have actually been going well all season long,Pritchard is a blow but really the panthers have exciting backs and a forward pack that stil reeks of talent and I would not discount them from winning this weekend.
Recent results and the Warriors have won 3 of the last 4 against the Panthers but the panthers beat them earlier this season rather badly 46-22,but at Mt Smart the Warriors have won the last 2 there against the Panthers.
I thought that performance by the QWarriors last week was awful and even back at home I rate the panthers as an outside chance here, they still have a number of Kiwi players in their ranks and they also boast a great forward pack and alot of speed in the backs, watch out for Lewis and expect him to have a big bearing on the outcome of this match,if he plays wel then the Warriors could be in trouble...Take the Panthers with the 10 and don't be surprised if they win...Good Luck.
I'll do the last two later in the weekend.
