Champions League - FBK Kaunas v Aalborg

Kaunas could be the first Lithuanian team which enters the final groups of Champions League.Last obstacle for them is Aalborg and the 2-0 score they defeated at the first leg.Both teams have problems here as the Portuguese coach has to find the replacement of the main goalkeeper of the team,Marian Kello who moved to Hearts and Aalborg in general is in a bad form as the Danish squad counts only 4 points in 5 games for its domestic league.None of the two teams had a game the last weekend in order to be ready for this crucial game.

The main disadvantage of the Kaunas team here is not injuries or suspended players,is the fact that they can not surprise their opponents anymore.Aalborg is aware of the Lithuanian's team achievement against Rangers and they will come out careful despite the first-leg 2-0 for them.IMO the home team is the main candidate here at least for the win and why not for the qualification.A 2-0,3-0 score against a Danish squad which shows great instability defensively and offensively is very possible.They did it against Rangers in front of their crowd,they can do it against a not so strong side.After all this would be a great step for Lithuanian football and i strongly believe that people in Europe would like to see the Lithuanian side of football rather than a poor Danish squad.
