Tanasugarn from dipped a couple of seasons ago but with age now she seems to be getting better, within the last 2 months alone she has had impressive wins against Jankovic Safina and Zvonareva to name but 3. She will be disappointed with her show at the Olymipcs. Tanasugarn had a nice run to the Q/F at Wimbledon and while i dont imagine she will emulate that here she would make round 2 here at least.

Marinos results this year offer no indication that she should be beating the likes of Tanasugarn in this 1st round match. Victories over players just inside the top 200 are nothing to write home about and im not really sure why she should be as short as about 2.40 in places to win this one.

Again i think we have a price here that is bigger than it should be, Im almost tempted to back Tanasugarn to win 2-0 at a tasty looking 2.20 but will play it a bit safer as i feel the 1.53 on the outright win is more than generous in this match.
