MLB - San Diego Padres v Arizona

I took this same bet last week when these two sdes with these same two starters came to the mound for either side and i'm willing to take it again today.

Last week this bet was hit hard for it to stay under,I waited and waited untill the odds went over the $2.25 mark for this game and then I hit it pretty hard for it to go to 7 and over and it was passed within the first two innings,this week as these two face off again people are hitting the overs this time around and we willl again also,lets look as to why....

The D-Backs send Haren 14-6 with an era of 3.12 to the Mound today,the D-Backs behind Haren have won 7 of his last 8 starts and in his most recent 3 starts have won 2 of those 3 matches against the Padres his last start 8-6 and Rockies 6-2,his lone loss in that span of games came 3 starts ago against the Braves 4-11,Harens numbers in those last 3 starts are 2-1 with an era of 6.05,on the road behind Haren the D-Backs are unbeaten in his last 4 starts and every game has resulted in over 7 runs.This season Haren has faced the Padres 4 times and has numbers of 3-1 with an era of 3.33.

The Padres send Peavy 9-9 with an era of 2.84 to the Mound,The Padres behind Peavy have won only one of his most recent 3 starts,the two losses have come against the D-Backs his last start and the Rockies 3-6 to leave him with numbers of 1-2 with an era of 4.50 in those 3 games,The Padres behind Peavy have won only 2 of Peavys last 7 starts,he is still throwing very well but it has to be said that against the D-Backs he finds the going tough,Career wise and he is 11-11 with an era of 4.88 and this season he has faced them 3 times to be left with numbers of 1-2 with an era of 3.32.

Hitters from the Padres to of had sucess against Haren...Bard is 2-5,Geiruit is 5-10 with a Double and Homer,Gilies is 5-19 with 2 Doubles,Gonzalez is 6-20 with a Homer,Hairston is 2-6 with a Double,Hundley is 3-6 with a Double,Iguchi is 2-6 with a Double,Rodriguez is 3-9 and Kouzmanoff is 5-13 with a Double and Home Run.

Hitters from the D - Backs to of had sucess against Peavy...Drew is 5-20 with a Double,Dunn is 5-23 with 2 Homers,Montero is 4-14 with a Double and Home Run,Snyder this season is 2-4 with 2 Home Runs,Young is 4-19 with 2 Doubles and a Home Run and Jackson is 9-29 with 2 Doubles and a Home Run.

I would say take the D-backs and I probaly will but I really have more doubts over Haren than I do Peavy,Haren has been inconsistent for the last month and in his last start against this very Padres side only last week he gave up 3 runs in the first inning alone and Haren has been giving up hits of late,the Padres are on a bad losing run and are fresh for this series against the D-Backs after being held rather well by the Giants while the D-backs are coming off a series loss to the Marlins so both sides will be looking to get back in the winners circle.

I can't not like this run line and so i'm on it as both teams best hitting performances in the last week came against these very starters and I think with that in mind that a 3-3 game could be in store and we should get that and get one extra to get us home...Take the Total to be over 6.5...Good Luck.
