Galatasaray opened season with Champions League draw with Steua and then they beat Kayserispor in the cup. Their performance was only better against the second half of Kayserispor game. This season Galatasaray squad get weaker at upfront but their defense is improved with the transfers of Meira and Goal Keeper De Sanchis. Kewell scored just after he substituted in again Kayseri and he played great football there.

Denizlispor yet didn't play an official game. Last season they had financial problems and they lost many important players. Newcomers are worse than newcomers. I am not so much optimistic for them this season. They also have some injury worries before this match including Ilhan, Engin and Emin. Selahattin, Abraham and Gunay are doubtful. Caner also fined by team management and he won't play.

Galatasaray weakened at upfront this season as i said. But Nonda has a great form and with the support of Arda, Kewell and Hasan Sas i don't think Galatasaray will fail to score. Denizli has important misses in forward and home win looks rather easy for the title holders of last season in the opening game of the league.
