In this game I'll take probably the only pitcher who can offer wins to the Royals lately and who has been damn consistent lately: Gil Meche. Kansas has won the last 8 games where Meche was the SP, while being the dog in five of them, which shows Meche's consistence lately. In this span, his sequence of runs allowed has been awesome: 1-4-2-2-0-1-4-2 runs allowed and naturally that Meche prepares to once again to make a quality start, this time against the Indians.

Cleveland will send the Southpaw Zach Jackson, who will make his 2nd start for the Indians, after he was traded from the Brewers in the Sabathia deal. Jackson in his debut game in Cleveland allowed 3 runs and 8 hits in 5 innings, even though these numbers, he struggled a little bit, as he only managed to make 1 SO, with a ratio 19.4 P/IP. Jackson will struggle in today's game, as the Royals will be in their best spot: vs LHP, where they are 4-1 in their last 5 road games. Yesterday the Indians won by 9-4 and they took the advantages better, as the Royals had the same number of hits and BA of the Indians: 13 and .351 respectively. In this way, the pitching mismatch will decide this game and I think the Royals have a great chance to win today.
