WTA - Kanepi v Amelie Mauresmo

I really don't see a reason to put such high odds for this bet. Moresmo is far away from form she used to present in days of her glory and Kanepi is a regular, hard to play against, strong hitting player. Kaia Kanpei a big girl with a real strong hand. She already used that power to reach quarter finals of Roland Garros where she beat players like Chakvetadze or lower class Medina Garrigues. On grass she wasn't too dangerous and probably because too fast game speed. She loves to hit hard but it's harder for her to get fast balls. On hard game should slow a little, still it won't be clay, but with her strength it should do a nice balance. That balance we could see in Olympic Games, where Kaia eliminated Pennetta and Razzano and loss 1:2 to 4'rd in tour Na Li. I hope she won't gave up this tour and still she will try to catch American hard style. Amelie resigned from Olympic's as she said because she want to get better form for US Open. There's nothing to hide that this season is awful for French star. Out of form after some health issues and I don't believe she will show anything in US Open. In Cincinnati she reached semifinal, but who she beat? Cohen-Aloro, Wickmayer and King, nothing special. Loss 1:2 to Dechy who's also is in really poor form. I see a big value here. Kanpei is a strong hitter, Momo is out of form. Of course Estonian could be tired after returning from Beijing and Moresmo could focus on reaching high rate here before US Open, but also the story can be different. Let's check that!
