Tweede Klasse - Antwerp v Eupen

Antwerp missed promotion to Jupiler League last season, due to their bad perfomance to the last three games of the season. They are tipped again favorites for promotion, together with Lierse, Beveren and Truiden, but this time they are stronger than the other promotion candicates. Serbian striker Slobodan Slovic (signed from Cercle Brugge) will play important role to their attacking line, and maybe Bosnian Darko Lukanovic (signed from Tienen) will be his partner many times this season. There is plethora of strikers this season to their roster with latest additions the Marocian striker Hakim Bouchouari and Argentinian Sebastian Andres Setti (signed from Guarani). They further have the richest roster to the division, with 26 players, while all other clubs have an average from 19 to 22 players.

Eupen finished 13th last season, with 11 wins, 12 draws and 13 defeats, scoring 45 and receiving 49 goals. They are weaker than last season, as they lost main midfielder Christian Bruls (Maastricht), main forward during the last season Yves Thijs (Tienen), and main defender Yves Thijs (Beveren). They only signed uknown striker from Kongo, Freddy Mombongo-Dues and 19 years old defender Christoph Lambertz from Aachen II. Not a lot expected from them for another season, a typical mid-table team for the division, they are also tipped for bottom 5 sides from various papers in Belgium. Big problems to their roster for this first game of the season, as more than five first eleven players are out for several reasons.

I think that Antwerp can win there with more than one goal difference.
