Jupiler League - Helmond v AGOVV
Last season, Helmond finished 7th and managed to win a period, but they failed in the playoffs. Their home record was 9-5-5 with a 33-22 record. This season, in the preparation period, the demolished some amateur teams, but against bigger opponents, they lost: 1-4 against Sheffield and 1-3 against VVV Venlo. The team looks about the same as last year, with unstable performances.
AGOVV finished 18th last season, with a 3-3-13 away record and a 21-59 GD. They were conceding at average about 3 goals/match when playing away from home, and this is why they hardly gathered any points this way. They have brought 6 new players, as this season a team will relegate form Eerstedivision and a top amateur team will promote here. This is why AGOVV can't risk being so low again. Their results in preparation periods also include some demolitions of amateur teams, but some more known adversaries were: 1-0 with Roeselare, 0-4 with PSV youth and 2-4 against Groningen.
These teams, when playing against each other, usually produce a lot of goals. History shows 8 of their last 10 games goinn over the 2.5 line, and last 5 at Helmond all going over.
This is why tonight i believe we can see another abundant match, with a possible result like 3-1 or 4-1. But keep the stakes medium or low, as it is only the first round of the season. Good luck.
