ATP - Wayne Odesnik v Bjorn Phau

Wayne Odesnik has been struggling with injuries since Roland Garros and he has retired in four tournaments in a row due to injuries. Then in Cincinnati, in the qualifying, he was able to complete a full match, but still lost to Scott Oudsema (ranked 450) in three sets. Odesnik is clearly lacking rhythm and with all these injuries and losses, his motivation should be low. He is a capable hardcourt player in form, but he has always struggled against Reynolds on the surface, as he is 0-3 against him on hardcourt.

Bobby Reynolds has been in terrific form, since he reached third round in Wimbledon, as after that, he reached quarter finals in Indianapolis and semi finals in Vancouver. His game is for fast surfaces, as he can serve very well and his return game isn't great, but he is still capable of taking the opportunities he has to break his opponent's serve. Also the last time he faced a left hander baseliner like Odesnik on hardcourt, he destroyed Alejandro Falla by 6-1 6-1 in Indianapolis. Reynolds is clearly the player in better form and he should once again defeat Odesnik on hardcourt. Take Reynolds minus the games in here.
