Twenty20 - Middlesex v Somerset Cricket betting preview

This is a Pro40 Division 1 match.

This evening Middlesex entertain Somerset in the Pro40 at the home of cricket (Lords) in what could be a tough match to predict. Somerset have a host of entertaining batsmen who could score heavily and Middlesex come into the game having recently won the Twenty20 Cup.

Im suprised by the odds on offer here and with that in mind i cant leave this bet along, although the bases of this bet is just a hunch i have.

As i said above Middlesex suprised many when they lifted the Twenty20 Cup and a huge part in there finals day victories was Tyrone Henderson. Henderson had been tried up the order several times in the Twenty20 Cup without any real success until 'Finals Day' but then his 2 innings produced over 100 quick fire runs and gave Middlesex a great early platform.

This is Middlesexs first outing since finals day and you have got to think Henderson will get another chance to 'swing willow' and bat in the top 4 for Middlesex. Anyone who is expected to bat up the order shouldnt be priced at 10.0 to top bat but thats what Henderson is with some firms.

Im going to take a slightly lower price with Coral however, Coral offer each way betting 1/5 odds first 3. So if Henderson top bats for Middlesex we make a tidy profit and if he makes the top 3 a small profit. which has every chance in my opinion.
