NRL Rugby - Sydney Roosters v Manly Sea Eagles

This game is huge as 1st meets 4th in Sydney,the Eagles have been crusing of late and now they are entering their most testing part of their season and they start it with a game against a side they can reguarly beat in the Roosters who have not only lost their last two but have pretty much been humiliated in losing both those games.

The Roosters have gone from hard to beat to easybeats in the last two weeks and I bet Freddie will have the Boys ready for this game,the Roosters have been beaten by the Raiders and Titans,two sides who earlier in the season they would of beaten,the Roosters have not looked their best in recent weeks but that has been the Roosters this season,great for 5 weeks then average fir the next few weeks before getting back on track again,this game should be a good one and i am expoecting the Roosters to be up for this top of the table clash.

The Most impressive thing about the Eagles last week was that they wo that game well and did it without Orford and then lost Lyon also and still mangaed to over power the Eels,that game really showed that the Eagles have alot of heart and that they show up and play for each other,this week they are looking to win their 8th straight game and although you would think that they can I am still expected the Eagles to have a down period before the Finals start and this is going to be a very hard couple of weeks for them as they play the Storm very soon also,but you do have to give the Eagles credit as they are playing a very committed style and look great in playing that way.

Recent Results and it's all the Eagles who have won their last 6 against the Roosters,at the SFS the Eagles have won 9 of the last 13 between these two sides.

I think the Roosters are a chance here today,they have lost two games they wre expected to win and are now on the brink of ruining that good work they have done earlier in the season,this game although not crucial to either side as far as Fnals spots go's is impotant for the Roosters to stay on track and for the Eagles to stay as a winning unit,The Eagles should have Orford back and apart from Lyon are at full strength for this week but I have a feeling that the Roosters will be ready for them and can get a win against a side they have strruggled against for a loong time now...Take the Roosters by 12 or less...Good Luck.
